What is the repair process?
If you’re based in or near Bedford and the surrounding villages we can arrange a home visit to evaluate your problem. During the assessment, we will determine what the problem is. Our goal is always to repair when possible but if the problem is beyond repair we’ll discuss your options for replacement parts.
For repairs, we’ll always supply and fit quality components and parts, that are approved by the manufacturer.
Do you offer a warranty?

Do you have a call out charge?
We do charge a small callout fee, when you speak to us we can advise what this will be.

Excellent service throughout. Jim and Dwayne did a brilliant job. Very polite and friendly. Always tidied up before leaving. Nothing was too much trouble. Completed a few extras for me as well. Also had Adrian do a boiler service. Highly recommended.
We received a prompt, detailed and accurate quote for the work. Communication was good. Work was carried out very neatly, all was tidied away afterwards. Very likeable people and so it was very comfortable to have them in the house doing the job. Top quality work and I would recommend them highly.
The job had been well planned and EcoHeat kept to their schedule. Everything was done to minimize the inconvenience. Noise and loss of water supply kept to an absolute minimum and with warning. Communication was excellent and we were amazed how little disruption this major work caused. They tidied as they went , removed all rubbish , left the place clean and explained the system before they left. Brilliant.
